GoalsideAbout these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Noor Management Systems Limited, the maker of Goalside (company number 17410742, registered office 8 Anne Street, Bradford, BD7 4RB). By downloading or using Goalside, you agree to them, and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which also applies.
You need a Sign in with Apple or Google account and must be 16 or over to use Goalside.
Buying Goalside
Goalside is a paid app on the App Store, at the price shown there. Apple takes the payment, and Apple's terms cover payments, promo codes, Family Sharing and refunds. To ask for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
If we add optional extras later, we'll show their price clearly before you buy.
Your account
You sign in with your Apple or Google account. Keep that account secure; you're responsible for what happens under it. You can delete your Goalside account at any time in Goalside, under Settings.
Coaching safely
Goalside's practices, formations, coaching points and feedback are guidance to support your coaching. They don't replace your own judgement or your training.
You're responsible for the safety and welfare of the players in your sessions: checking that a practice suits their age and ability, that the space and equipment are safe, and that you follow your club's and your County FA's safeguarding rules.
Your content
What you create in Goalside is yours. It's stored on your devices and in your iCloud, not by us, so keep iCloud switched on if you want it backed up.
If you record audio in Live or keep details about players, you're responsible for having the permission you need to do so.
Courses and governing bodies
Goalside helps you work alongside your coaching course, but it isn't run by or endorsed by UEFA, The FA or any County FA. Your course materials and your tutors have the final word on what your course requires, and using Goalside doesn't guarantee any course result.
Our app and content
We own Goalside, including its design, practices, text and graphics. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on Apple devices you own or control. Please don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app.
Changes and availability
We keep improving Goalside, so features may change. We'll try to keep it running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of faults. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
Our responsibility to you
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Ending these terms
You can stop using Goalside and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. Questions? Email info@noormsystems.co.uk.
