Which devices does Goalside work on?
iPhone and iPad. iPad gets the full Pitch studio; on iPhone the studio turns to landscape, with a portrait view when you want it.
Where are my plans, pitches and session reports kept?
In your own iCloud account. They sync between your iPhone and iPad when you’re signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud Drive turned on. We can’t see them.
My plans aren’t appearing on my other device.
Check you’re signed in to iCloud on both devices, then open Settings in Goalside to see the iCloud status. Syncing can take a minute on a slow connection.
I got a new phone. How do I get Goalside back?
Sign in to the same Apple Account, open the App Store, tap your picture, then Purchased, and download Goalside. You won’t pay again. Sign in to Goalside the way you did before and your iCloud content comes back.
Does Live record my voice?
No recording is kept. Your speech is turned into text on your device while the session runs, and only the text and the counts are saved, in your iCloud.
Live isn’t picking up what I say.
Check Goalside is allowed to use the microphone, in your iPhone’s Settings under Goalside. Out on the pitch, a clip-on wireless mic hears you far better than the phone in your pocket.
My club isn’t listed.
Choose “My club isn’t listed” and send us the name. We add clubs after checking them.
How do I ask for a refund?
Apple handles payments, so refunds are requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, signed in with the Apple Account you bought Goalside with.
How do I delete my account?
In Goalside, open Settings and choose Delete account. This removes your account and usage data from our servers and clears Goalside’s data from the device. To remove data in your iCloud, open your iPhone’s Settings, tap your name, then iCloud, then Manage Storage.
